Sportclub tied Ferencvaros TC in the Erste Liga finals
Host Csíkszereda Sportklub won the second match of the Erste Liga hockey final. The Szeklerland guard crushed Ferencváros on Saturday afternoon, so the final position was 1: 1. The duel will continue on Tuesday and Wednesday in Budapest.
The stands of the Lajos Vákár Ice Rink for the Sportklub – Ferencváros meeting were full again. Before the match on Saturday afternoon, almost everyone talked about the case of Salló Alpár, who ended a day earlier with a 5-1 defeat in Síkó.
The guests missed the three-round ban of Gergő Nagy, Tihamér Becze, who returned to the Hungarians, and Tamás Farkas instead of Salló. Tamás Láday and Andrej Taratuhin could not play at home due to injury.
The first part of the game, in which a single goal was scored, brought a tough game with a lot of collisions and exhibitions. The visitors took the lead 7 minutes into the game, making the score 0 - 1 after some elegant movement down the middle. Tamminen was the scorer.
The second twenty minutes brought in a very good quality game, in which the home team attacked much more and the tie was made in the 24th minute. Szilárd Rokaly reached for Tamás Farkas's long shot in front of the goal, and the puck ended defenselessly in the net of the guests (1–1). The Sportklub took the lead for two minutes, and at the end of a great turmoil in front of the goal, David Stach relentlessly bombarded the bouncer into the net (2-1).
The advantage of the Sports Club did not last long, in the 28th minute Somogyi equalized in the human advantage (2–2).
The Sports Club rushed on, and for another two minutes the Szeklerland scored another goal: Stach hit the puck into the net with a back (3–2).
There were fewer battles in the course, the Sportklub cleverly kept its opponent away from its goal, and the larger goal situations in Ferencváros were perfectly defeated by Attila Adorján, the goalkeeper of Csík.
In the last part of the game, the audience expressed a loud displeasure, because the attack against Balázs Péter was not punished by the referees.
For the last minute and a half, Fradi sent a field player on the ice instead of his goalkeeper in the hope of equalization, but the equalization failed. The Sports Club defended the last minute heroically - at the cost of four banned releases.
Especially the last nine seconds were exciting when Sofron’s show had four-on-six against the blue-and-whites on the ice.
In a duel that lasts until the fourth success of one of the teams, the parties are 1: 1. The series will continue on April 5 and 6 in the Tüskecsarn in Budapest.
